Guest lecture was organised by SGTCOP on 14March, at SGT Hospital Auditorium. The Speaker of the Lecture was Mr. Manas Ranjan, CEO of Cognitrex consultants Ltd.
The topic of the lecture was “I am a Pharmacist: Do I know my Industry”
The lecture was attended by 200 students. The lecture laid emphasis on significance of skill development. He emphasized the versatile career opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector. The lecture motivated the students that if one has knowledge and skills one can have hundreds of job opportunities. This lecture was followed by the address of Dr. Atul Kumar Nasa, Pro Vice Chancellor of SGT University. Dr. Nasa enlightened the students that pharmacists plays a very important role in the nation and they have played a significant role in Covid times . Dr. Vijay Bhalla , Dean SGTCOP concluded the event. He motivated the students to groom their skills, also enlightened the students that there are ample opportunities in Pharma sector .
